Mine almost killed me.

At 23, I was healthy and still living like an athlete.

Then doctors found a massive blood clot on the right side of my brain.

Overnight, the identity I had carried my entire life disappeared.

What followed was a year of debilitating headaches, emotional lows, and long stretches of silence. The kind that forces you to question who you are and what actually matters.

I knew I could not go back. So I decided to build something new.

From 2019 to 2024, I ran a marketing consultancy helping small and mid sized businesses grow through paid media and organic content.

The work was successful. The lifestyle was not.

No boundaries. No balance. Just burnout with a better title.

In 2024, I pivoted into merchant services. I gave it a full year. But something still felt off.

Too much noise. Too little integrity...and a constant feeling that I did not belong.

So in 2025, I walked away, and started BLKsheep.
